By accessing or using HogCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including farm managers, staff, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
HogCare is an AI-powered pig farm management platform that provides real-time monitoring, health analytics, breeding management, and operational insights. The platform leverages camera-based AI, sensor data, and predictive algorithms to optimize farm performance.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
4. Data Collection & AI Processing
HogCare collects and processes data from connected cameras, environmental sensors, and user inputs. Our AI systems perform behavior analysis, disease detection, and growth predictions. All AI processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription & Billing
HogCare offers Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HogCare, including AI models, algorithms, and user interface designs, are owned by HogCare and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your farm data uploaded to the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
HogCare provides AI-generated insights and recommendations as decision-support tools only. We are not liable for farm management decisions made based on platform outputs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to HogCare if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized use. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of HogCare after changes constitutes acceptance.
